A clear unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened
(without cuts or edits, showing the full process)

❌ Non-Eligible Returns:

Change of mind or incorrect usage

Product used or not in original condition

No video proof at the time of un-boxing

After verifying the video and claim, we will:

Arrange a free replacement, or

Process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
